Cancellation & No-Show Policy:

At Salon Circa, we understand that plans can change. However, to provide the best service to all of our clients, we have implemented the following policies:

Cancelations: Please contact your stylist if you are unable to make your appointment. We require at least a 48 hour notice for any cancelations. Last-minute cancelations (less than 48 hours) will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. 

No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without prior notice, a fee of 100% of the service cost will be charged.

 All fees are collected at the discretion of your stylist and must be paid in full before booking a future appointment.

​Late Policy:
We understand that things can happen and traffic in Greenville can be unpredictable. However, if you expect to be more than 5 minutes late, please call us at (252) 756-8484 ext. 201 or contact your stylist directly to let them know. We work hard to stay on schedule and ensure that each service gets the appropriate amount of time. Accommodating a late arrival can disrupt our schedule and inconvenience other guests. Please keep in mind that your stylist may need to reschedule your appointment if you're significantly late. Thank you for your understanding!

Child Safety Policy:
We are a family-friendly salon, but it's important to note that our environment is not kid-proof. With sharp implements, hot styling tools, chemicals, cords, and a busy area, it can pose potential hazards for children. For their safety, please ensure that children are supervised at all times and do not play on the salon equipment. Thank you for your understanding!
